This semester I chose my volunteering at a different location called Friends for Life. It's a no kill animal shelter and I recently started volunteering here. The last shelter I volunteered at was not at all what it seemed, so I did some research and chose a shelter that has a good reputation and does not kill animals for stupid reasons. I really love helping animals find loving homes and i feel like this works well with this category because I'm doing something rewarding for the community while doing something i love.
