Recognize Perspective
For this section I chose my US History paper on the Nakkam (Jewish Avengers). Researching and writing this paper really gave me a close up look at Europe after WW2 and how the Jewish weren't going to easily forgive German people in general. It showed me how hurt a whole nation of people were after such a horrible time in history and gave me some insight to that time.
In my English 1302 class I chose a paper that I wrote for my research topic, gender discrimination and oppression in southern Africa, to use for this project. I feel like this paper would fit well with this topic because I researched what women in southern Africa have to deal with on a daily basis. The accounts of women being oppressed and finally beginning to find a stable ground for equality for men and women have given me a sense of connection and made me understand the troubles of women everywhere.
